She previously advised Intended Terry students. She returned to Franklin in 2021 as an advisor in the Department of Psychology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho; a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University; and a Ph.D. from Idaho State in Counselor Education and Counseling. Outside of the advising office Frances enjoys photography, biking, hiking and playing board games with her teenage son.
