Seth Peters graduated from Young Harris College with a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2012, followed by a Master of Music from UGA in 2015. He has been working in student services since 2013, spending several years as a writing tutor for the Athletic Association before becoming an advisor. After stints in Biology, Microbiology, Music, and Computer Science, Seth currently advises Cognitive Science and Psychology while espousing the values of a liberal arts education to current and prospective students alike.

When not spending time with his wife and young son, Seth enjoys a variety of activities including: yoga, reading, video games, and Magic: The Gathering. He’s also a huge proponent of sci-fi and fantasy, so anything nerdy ensures the best conversations. Also puns - the cheesier the better.
